Due to the influence of smog from China, an "ultra-fine dust warning" was issued in Incheon for the first time this winter.
The smog was mostly resolved with a strong chill, but today and tomorrow, a lot of snow is expected to fall around the west coast in the severe cold.

A cloud of red and white dust extends through the West Sea to the Korean Peninsula in a long band shape.
Smog from China was introduced through the west wind.
Over the past night, the concentration of ultrafine dust temporarily soared by nearly 100μg due to smog added to the atmospheric congestion in the central and Honam regions.
In Incheon, an 'ultra-fine dust warning' was issued for the first time this winter.
However, the effects of smog did not last long and were mostly resolved or weakened during the strong cold season from the day.
The problem is cold and snow.
Overnight, central inland temperatures are expected to fall to around minus 10 degrees Celsius again,
For about two days until the end of the
weekend, the morning temperature in Seoul will fall below minus 10 degrees Celsius, and the cold will continue to feel below zero even in the middle of the day.
In particular, the temperature in Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Chungcheong areas is expected to drop to around minus 15 degrees Celsius, and the perceived temperature is expected to be close to minus 20 degrees Celsius.
In addition, heavy and humid snow of up to 20cm is expected on the west coast of Chungcheong and Honam in the cold, raising concerns about damage to facilities due to "heavy snow."
[Kim Young-joon / Meteorological Agency forecaster: Snow cloud bands developed in the West Sea between Friday and Saturday the 27th and Saturday the 28th are expected to see a lot of snow, especially in Jeonbuk, with up to 20cm of snow accumulating.]
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said that the cold and west coast snow clouds will gradually weaken from daytime on the weekend, but as the cold below zero at the end of the year and the year continues to be strong, areas with snow should pay special attention to facility management and traffic safety.
