The Suwon District Court fined Lee Joon-hee, a YouTuber who was accused of disclosing another YouTuber's sex crime history, 3 million won.
Lee is accused of defaming other YouTubers by publicly revealing that they were punished for sex crimes on his YouTube channel three times from August to October 2020.
Earlier, the prosecution briefly prosecuted Lee with a fine of 3 million won, but Lee objected and requested a formal trial.
