North Korea has threatened to immediately use all means of attack, claiming that South Korea sent drones to Pyongyang over three days to disperse leaflets against the North.

The South Korean military said it could not confirm the facts about the North Korean claim and warned the North not to make any fuss about it.

Reporter Baek Jong-gyu's report.

North Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a major statement through the Korean Central News Agency and released photos of suspected drones and leaflets to North Korea.

He claimed that South Korea sent drones over Pyongyang late at night on the 3rd, 9th, and 10th to disperse leaflets against North Korea.

Subsequently, the distribution of flyers to North Korea using drones is a blatant violation of national sovereignty and safety
It considers it a significant political and military provocation that should be retaliated under
self-defense and warned that it is ready to use all means of attack immediately.

In response to this claim, Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun immediately refuted, saying, 'There is no such fact,'

[Jung Chung-rae / Chairman of the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee: Isn't this an emergency?]

[KIM YONG HYUN / Minister of National Defense] We haven't done that before, so we'll check it out because we haven't found out the situation yet.]

After an hour, he changed his attitude and issued an official government position of 'Uncheckable'.

[Minister of Defense Kim Yong-hyun: Our basic position is that we cannot confirm whether these North Korean claims are true, this is our basic position]

The government seems to have tried to confuse the North's response by giving strategically ambiguous answers in preparation for all the possibilities of North Korea's own plays, the actions of North Korean opposition forces, or the possibility that a North Korean defector group sent drones.

[Park Sang-hak / Representative of the Free North Korean Movement Association: There is nothing like that in this private organization with drones. And because of the high cost, private organizations don't do that....]

The Joint Chiefs of Staff also strongly urged North Korea to take responsibility for the recent series of developments and not act lightly.

He then warned that if it threatens the safety of our people, it will be punished firmly and desperately.

As North Korea claims, it is difficult to confirm whether the drone sent from the South appeared over Pyongyang.

North Korea has also launched a provocation to spray garbage balloons toward the South more than an hour after the announcement of the drone penetration statement.
