A BJ in his 30s, who is accused of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman on a live Internet broadcast that was watched by more than 200 people, has been handed over to the prosecution.
On the 9th of last month, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul arrested and sent a man in his 30s, identified only by his surname Kim, on charges of quasi-rape and forced harassment.
Kim is accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was drunk and unconscious by eating sleeping pills on a recent live Internet broadcast.
At that time, there were more than 200 viewers, but no one reported it to the police, and a victim woman who belatedly learned of the damage was reported and arrested.
Kim was found to have committed similar sex crimes against other women, and he reportedly stated that there was no coercion in the police investigation.
