was accused of exchanging images of accusations and real-name judgments with former lawmaker Kim Woong on Telegram while serving as an investigative information policy officer for the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in 2020, just before the 21st general election.

Earlier, the first trial sentenced Sohn to one year in prison in recognition of the results of the investigation by the Senior Prosecutor's Office that the complaint and the ruling were delivered to Cho Sung-eun through former lawmaker Kim.
