Yul-hee (26), who exposed the privacy of her ex-husband Choi Min-hwan of FT Island, filed a lawsuit for custody, alimony and property division.

According to an e-Daily report on the 4th, Yulhee received an application for mediation to the Seoul Family Court for the change of custody and the claim for alimony and property division.

Yulhee married Choi Min-hwan in 2018 and had one son and two daughters, but she was disbanded five years after the marriage. Currently, custody is with Choi Min-hwan.

At the time, Yul-hee appeared on a broadcast and explained that Choi Min-hwan first demanded a divorce and handed over custody to Choi Min-hwan considering economic reasons, but there were a lot of malicious comments saying, "I abandoned the children."

Since then, Yulhee released the transcript on her YouTube on the 24th of last month, claiming that the cause of the divorce was Choi Min-hwan's access to entertainment establishments and prostitution.

Yul-hee said, "(Choi Min-hwan) touched my body in front of my family or put money in here (chest)," adding, "It was when my family played go-stop, but my ex-husband folded the money into a chest-like pajama collar because he felt good when his family didn't see him. Later, he said, "It was a habit to drink like that."

When the controversy erupted, a netizen filed a complaint with the National Newspaper asking for punishment of Choi Min-hwan for violating the Sex Trade Punishment Act and for forced harassment, and the Gangnam Police Station launched an official investigation after an internal investigation before the charges were filed.

Choi Min-hwan dropped out of KBS 2TV's "Superman Is Back," where he was appearing, and temporarily suspended his FT Island activities.
