It has been found that the prosecution has indicated that the arrest warrant for Shin Young-dae of the Democratic Party of Korea has induced false responses in the party's primary polls.

The Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office sought an arrest warrant for Representative Shin on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act, identifying and pointing out the circumstances in which supporters were falsely asked to respond to the polls by gender and age.

Poll calls show that it's over if you choose the age and gender of the deadline, and prosecutors believe that Shin and his aides shared the information and encouraged the surrounding party members to respond with different ages and genders.

The prosecution believes that Representative Shin did not block it even though he knew it.

Earlier on the 31st of last month, the prosecution requested an arrest warrant for lawmaker Shin on charges of receiving bribes to resolve complaints about the solar power business and involvement in manipulating public opinion in the party's primary process ahead of the 22nd general election.
