The arrest warrant for executives, including Koo Young-bae, CEO of Quten Group, who was named the final person in charge of the large-scale non-settlement of Timon and Wemakeff, has also been rejected.

Koo Young-bae, CEO of Quten Group, and Ryu Hwa-hyun and Ryu Kwang-jin, CEO of Timef, have avoided arrest once again in a month.

The court said there is room to dispute whether or not an arrest warrant is established against representative Koo, who has been requested for fraud, embezzlement, and breach of trust.

It was also based on the fact that they did not actually attempt to remove the evidence or run away after the warrant was dismissed once.

Earlier last month, the court rejected the arrest warrant filed against them on the grounds that the charges were insufficient, but the judgment has not changed significantly.

The victims, who also staged a sit-in in front of the court calling for their arrest, said they were saddened by the court's decision to rule in favor of businessmen.

He also added that he would actively cooperate with the prosecution's investigation in the future, saying that not being arrested does not mean that the crime will disappear.
