An elementary school student on a bike is hit and killed by a town bus.

was taken to a hospital in cardiac arrest, but he died.

While no circumstances have been found that driver A drank or took drugs, the road where the accident occurred has a speed limit of 30km/h, but it has been found that it is not a child protection zone.
