It has been confirmed that President Yoon Suk Yeol called the National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho and the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner Kim Bong-sik to Anga three hours before the declaration of the emergency martial law.

At the meeting, President Yoon reportedly issued guidelines such as institutions to be controlled in the event of martial law, and after the declaration of martial law, he called Cho directly to order the arrest of lawmakers.

At around 7 p.m. on the 3rd, three hours before the emergency decree was declared, the police investigation confirmed that President Yoon Suk Yeol called the police chief Jo Ji-ho and the police chief Kim Bong-sik to the presidential safety house in Samcheong-dong, Seoul.
