National Assembly but also in the Central Election Commission.

Commander Yeo is the second suspect arrested after former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun,
Both
are so-called 'Chungampa' from Chungam High School, the same as President Yoon Suk Yeol.

Therefore, the prosecution is investigating whether specific instructions were given by President Yoon at the time of the emergency martial law, and furthermore, whether there was a martial law plot in advance.

The prosecution also started an investigation into Lee Jin-woo, commander of the Capital Defense Command, who was arrested for failing to comply with his attendance without justifiable reasons,
This is to look into the reasons and purpose of the entry of the radiation soldiers into the National Assembly and the National Election Commission with the counterintelligence agents
.

However, the arrest deadline for commander Lee is 48 hours, and the prosecution is expected to request an arrest warrant soon and continue its intense investigation again.

Meanwhile, former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, who has already been arrested, said he would exercise his right to reject statements in the prosecution's investigation.

Former Minister Kim said that emergency martial law is not a problem due to the president's ruling act, and argued that the prosecution's investigation itself is a political act.

As former Minister Kim refuses to make a statement, some predict that the prosecution's investigation targeting President Yoon Suk Yeol may be disrupted.
