The Constitutional Court will hold its first judicial review on the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol this morning (19th).
The judges' council is a regular meeting in which all judges gather to discuss issues of the case to draw an order for the pending case, and it is a principle to be closed to the public.
The meeting is also expected to address the issue of delivery in relation to the progress of the impeachment trial of President Yoon.
Since the 16th, the Constitutional Court has sent various documents necessary for the impeachment proceedings to President Yoon, but it has been difficult to deliver them because it has not been confirmed whether Yoon has delivered them or not, such as the bodyguard refusing to receive them.
The Constitutional Court is considering whether to complete the delivery process by treating it as a "consideration of delivery" and various methods and requirements.
