With Seoul's wind chill falling below minus 10 degrees for the second day, the actual temperature was minus 6.7 degrees, the coldest this winter.

This morning (19th), Paju temperature in Gyeonggi Province recorded around minus 15.6 degrees Celsius, Daegwallyeong minus 14.1 degrees Celsius, and Cheongsong minus 12.3 degrees Celsius, with most of the western regions, including Seoul, recording around minus 10 degrees Celsius.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said the temperature was low due to cold air below minus 30 degrees Celsius from the north, but the temperature gradually rises to normal levels from the day.
