A worker in his 70s fell to death at a new construction site at Icheon Cultural Center.

At around 11 a.m. on the 23rd, a worker in his 70s fell below 6.9 meters at the construction site of the Youth Life and Culture Center in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.

The man was taken to the hospital for treatment on the report of a colleague he was working with, but he died the next day.

Police believe the accident occurred while the man was measuring materials such as trees without safety devices, and are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
