Jung Myung-seok, the president of JMS, who was handed over to trial on charges of repeatedly sexually assaulting the goddesses, has been sentenced to heavy punishment.
The Supreme Court today (9th) confirmed the court case, which sentenced Jeong, who is accused of quasi-rape, to 17 years in prison.
In addition, the ruling that restricted employment for 10 years and required location-tracking electronics to be attached for 15 years was also confirmed.
Jeong is accused of sexually assaulting two Hong Kong and Australian goddesses 23 times and molesting a Korean goddess in the past three years from 2018.
Earlier, the first trial court sentenced Jeong to 23 years in prison for committing the crime based on absolute power, but the appeals court sentenced him to 17 years in prison, six years less, citing his ability to testify.
Jeong is also on trial for committing sexual violence against two and eight other goddesses 19 and 28 times, respectively.
