Dow/S&P 500 record high...FOMC Minutes Affected Mildly

New York stocks ended higher, boosted by a soft landing scenario a day before the release of key price data.

On the New York Stock Exchange on the 9th, the Dow rose 431.63 points and 1.03% from the previous day to 42,512, the S&P 500 rose 40.91 points, or 0.71% to 5792.04, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite closed 108.70 points, or 0.60%, to 18,291.62.

The New York Stock Exchange continues to strengthen, with the Dow and S&P 500 hitting new all-time highs.

The U.S. Federal Reserve released its September FOMC minutes, which had limited impact on stock prices.

Also, expectations continue that the Fed will further cut interest rates next month.According to the

Chicago Commodity Exchange (CME) FedWatch Tool, the federal funds rate futures market is betting on 79.4% of the possibility of a 0.25% cut and 20.6% of the possibility of a freeze at the FOMC regular meeting to be held from the 6th to the 7th of next month.
