With 25 days to go before the U.S. presidential election, former President Trump is ahead of Vice President Harris in four competing states that will determine victory or defeat, according to a poll.

Former Presidents Obama and Clinton have entered the campaign for Vice President Harris, who is on the defensive.

This is a report from Washington correspondent Hong Sang-hee.

A poll by the U.S. political media The Hill shows that former President Trump is leading by a narrow margin in four of the seven competing states.

He also had a two-point advantage in Arizona and a one-point advantage in Georgia and North Carolina.

In particular, he won Rust Belt Pennsylvania, where 19 electors were the largest among competing states and Vice President Harris was strong.

Vice President Harris, on the other hand, only managed to lead Nevada.

It's still close, but if we vote right now, it's in favor of former President Trump.

Former President Trump, who visited Michigan, showed confidence.

[Donald Trump/ Former U.S. President] The polls just came out today. I was walking and they said it went up by 4 percentage points in Michigan. I think we're leading by a lot in every state, every competing state, in some cases.]

Former presidents are stepping up to save Vice President Harris, who is on the defensive from Hurricane Hurlin, Milton and the escalation of the Israeli-Iran conflict.

First, former U.S. President Barack Obama entered Pennsylvania, where Vice President Harris must win to win.

Starting with Pittsburgh, former President Obama will travel around the state for 26 days, from November 5 to presidential day, to target the votes of young people and independent voters.Former President

Bill Clinton also plans to meet voters in person on a bus tour in North Carolina, starting with Georgia on Sunday, to persuade Harris on how to tackle inflation and focus on the economy.

The initiative in competing states is now falling over to former President Trump.

As the presidential race comes to a close, both candidates are expected to use all possible resources to compete.
