A Russian man who was drifting in the Pacific Northwest on a small boat was rescued in two months.

His brother and 15-year-old nephew were also aboard the drifting boat, but they had already died at the time of the rescue.

The Far East Transportation Prosecutor's Office said a drifting ship was found in the waters of the Sea of Okhotsk on the 14th local time, adding, "Two people died and one is alive and receiving treatment."

The rescued Mikhail Pichugin set sail from Khabarovsk on Aug. 9 by boat with his brothers and nephews to Sakhalin Island, but drifted out of the sea in despair for 67 days.
