This approval rating is 5 percentage points lower than the 49 percent approval rating three years ago when the Kishida Cabinet was launched in October 2021.

Regarding Prime Minister Ishiba's early dissolution of the House of Representatives on the 9th, 49% said that the time of dissolution was not reasonable, 12 percentage points higher than the opinion that it was reasonable.

In the House of Representatives election held on the 27th, 32 percent of the respondents said, "It is better to increase the number of seats of the opposition party," which is also 12 percentage points more than "It is better to increase the number of seats of the ruling party."
