Four people were seriously injured when teenagers scuffled with axes and other weapons on a train outside Paris, France.
AFP reported that the accident occurred at around 8 a.m. local time on the 4th when a metropolitan express train connecting Paris and the outskirts was stopped at one station.
All four victims were teenagers aged 16 to 17, one with a severed hand and the other with severe skull damage.
All of them were taken to the hospital for treatment, and fortunately, they were confirmed to be life-threatening.
Weapons such as axes, knives, samurai swords and baseball bats were used in the fight, and the reason for the fight is not yet known.
Local police arrested the main suspect, a 16-year-old boy, at his home, and found and confiscated an ax during the search.
The incident temporarily halted train operations at the station, but it was reported that it did not significantly affect the overall operation of the line.
