According to foreign media, French President Emmanuel Macron told X, "Congratulations on President Trump's election" and "We are ready to work together as we have for the past four years."
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said he was "looking forward to working with former President Trump later."
Italian Prime Minister Jorja Meloni also congratulated the heads of European countries, with "the most sincere congratulations to President-elect Donald Trump."
Hungarian Prime Minister Orban Viktor, who has publicly supported former President Trump, wrote on Facebook, "On the way to a beautiful victory" with Hungarian and U.S. flag emojis.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli far-right ministers, who have been at war in Gaza for more than a year, also welcomed former President Trump's victory.
Netanyahu celebrated Trump's recapture of the White House, calling it "the greatest comeback in history," AFP said.
