"Putin signs North Korea-Russia treaty to ratify Russia's parliament for 'mutual military support'"

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the so-called "North Korea-Russia Treaty" with North Korea on the 9th local time, Russia's TASS news agency reported.

The international agreement, officially named the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty, had previously been unanimously approved by the Russian House of Representatives and the Senate of Representatives, respectively, by the ratification of the treaty submitted by Putin.
