Korea's National Aeronautics and Space Administration has signed an Artemis research agreement with the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration and NASA, which is a standard for deep space exploration with the moon.
Korea became the 10th country in the world to sign the Artemis Agreement in 2021, becoming the fifth country to sign an Artemis research agreement with NASA.
With the signing of the research agreement, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration will jointly conduct feasibility studies in areas such as lunar lander development, astronaut support tools, and space medicine.
