Ulsan, a professional soccer team, has won the East Coast Derby against Pohang and is close to winning the title for the third consecutive year.
Ulsan beat Pohang 2-0 in the 35th round of the K-League final round, where Ko Seung-beom and Joo Min-kyu scored consecutive goals and one was sent off.
The front-line striker of the national soccer team, Joo Min-kyu, shook off his recent slump and scored for the first time in 106 days since the match against Seoul in July.
Ulsan maintained its lead by four points ahead of second-place Gangwon, and if it wins a home match against Gangwon on the 1st of next month, it will confirm its victory for the third consecutive year.
