Kim Ha-sung of the San Diego Padres in the U.S. professional baseball league will go to the FA market without receiving a qualifying offer from the club.

MLB.COM revealed 13 players who received qualifying offers from their clubs and introduced that Kim Ha-sung was not included.

The qualifying offer is a system in which the original club presents FA players with a one-year contract at the average annual salary of high-paid big league players, and this year's amount is $21.05 million and our money is 28.9 billion won.

It is interpreted that San Diego judges the size of Kim Ha-sung's contract at less than 28.9 billion won per year.

Accordingly, Kim Ha-sung immediately came to the FA market.
