Yes, this is because cold air below minus 20 degrees Celsius near the upper layer of 5km came down to Korea from the north.

All cold wave warnings have been lifted, but the cold below zero will continue like today until tomorrow morning.

Seoul 0 degrees, Paju -4 degrees, Cheorwon -5 degrees, and Daegwallyeong -5 degrees will stay below zero.

In particular, there will be many places where ice will be observed or frosted by tomorrow morning.

However, it is expected that the temperature will rise by 3 degrees tomorrow afternoon than today, restoring previous years' temperatures.
