Yes, it is. The cold wind has become stronger since the daytime today, and the temperature will drop further during the night, so tomorrow will be the coldest this winter.

In particular, "a cold wave warning" has also been issued in northern Gyeonggi Province and Gangwon Province, where temperatures will drop below -12 degrees Celsius tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow, the southern part of the country will also fall below zero, so please be prepared for the cold.

Starting tonight, it will snow or rain on the west coast of Chungcheongnam-do, the west coast of Honam, and Jeju Island.

By tomorrow afternoon, up to 10cm of snow will accumulate in Jeonbuk and up to 5cm in western Jeollanam-do and the west coast of Chungnam.

By the day after tomorrow, up to 15cm is expected in the mountains of Jeju and 30cm in Dokdo of Ulleungdo.

In places where it doesn't snow tomorrow, clear skies will be revealed.

If you look at the detailed temperature tomorrow, it will start at -6 degrees in Seoul, -4 degrees in Daejeon, and -2 degrees in Daegu in the morning.

Daytime temperatures will be only 1 degree in Seoul, 3 degrees in Gwangju, and 4 degrees in Daegu, and will stay below zero throughout the day.

The temperature rises for a while on the weekend, but the cold will continue for a long time until next week.

A lot of snow of up to 10cm is expected in the East Coast area tomorrow night.

Currently, a "dry warning" is in effect in the northern part of Yeongdong, and a "dry warning" is in effect on the east coast and some metropolitan areas.
