When the police car tries to block the front, it runs away again after looking for a gap.

It only stops after the police car completely blocks the escape route.

However, when the door was not opened even after the stop, the police officer was able to arrest the female driver in his 30s only after breaking the driver's window.

Even after being taken to the police station, the driver refused to take a breathalyzer test all three times, and was handed over to the prosecution on charges of refusing to measure under the Road Traffic Act.

In the past, a driver who was caught drunk driving reportedly stated, "I ran away because I was afraid I would get drunk."

Refusing to take a sobriety test is effectively considered to have been drunk driving, resulting in the revocation of the license and punishment even heavier than simple drunk driving.
