A fire broke out in a detached house in Kisan-myeon, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do at around 6:45 p.m. yesterday (16th) and was extinguished in an hour and 10 minutes.
The fire killed A, a resident in his 70s who was in the house, and some of the houses were burned, causing 26 million won in damage estimated by the fire department.
Police and fire departments believe that A, who is uncomfortable with movement, has not been able to get out and plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire.
