A road 20m wide and 260m long was completed in a year and nine months in a large apartment complex in Cheongok-dong, Buk-gu, Ulsan.
The road, which cost 11.7 billion won, was designed in 2017, but after suffering from lack of budget, Ulsan City secured the largest budget ever last year and began construction.
The road will pass normally from the 27th after installing additional bridge safety facilities.
Ulsan Mayor Kim Doo-gyeom said, "The opening of the Cheongokcheon road at Dalcheon I-Park, the long-cherished project of residents, is expected to contribute to the transportation benefits of more than 13,00 households in Cheongok, Sangan, and Dalcheon-dong, as well as securing students' walking safety and revitalizing local commercial areas."
