Kang Hye-kyung, who revealed suspicions of meddling in the nomination, attended the prosecution again and claimed, "I heard from Myung Tae-kyun that preliminary candidates in Yeongnam region could be nominated in the 2022 local elections if President Yoon Suk Yeol is elected."

The prosecution is speeding up its investigation by launching an investigation into the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office's transfer case.

Kang repeatedly insisted that the arrested Myung Tae-kyun and former lawmaker Kim Young-sun should reveal the truth.

In the meantime, Myung said that if he helps President Yoon Suk Yeol, who was a candidate in the last presidential election, there is no problem with nominating a preliminary candidate.

The two preliminary candidates were candidates from the Yeongnam region in the last local election, and an arrest warrant was requested along with Myung, but it was rejected.

Myung claimed that if he helped candidate Yoon Suk Yeol through free public opinion polls during the presidential election, there would be no problem with the nomination of candidates for local elections as well as former lawmaker Kim.

The prosecution will also launch an investigation into allegations of violations of the Public Official Election Act and bribery charges by the president and his wife.

It is a case of accusation transferred from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office to the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office.

The prosecution will soon call the head of a civic group, the party to the accusation, to investigate the accuser.

Former and current officials of Changwon City Hall have already called in to investigate suspicions of intervening in the designation of Changwon's second national industrial complex.

Changwon City has issued a statement in this regard.

The intention is that Mayor Hong Nam-pyo met Myung by chance at the end of 2022 when he went to meet former lawmaker Kim and heard his opinion.

However, given the vast amount of industrial complex content, the claim that Myung, who lacks expertise, "planned" is absurd.

It is reported that Myung Tae-kyun, who was arrested, will apply for an arrest suit for health reasons.
