Chungbuk Governor Kim Young-hwan held an expanded executive meeting today (16th) and said, "The economy is more difficult in the aftermath of impeachment," and asked, "Please make efforts to boost domestic consumption."
He added, "Please work together to create an atmosphere of participating in year-end gatherings and for civil servants to stand at the center of reform in the Republic of Korea without wavering."
Earlier, Chungcheongbuk-do launched a special task force for public safety with the deputy governor of administration as the head of the government to minimize confusion in the region following the approval of the president's impeachment.
