Former CEO of Door Min Hee-jin called for his return. Hive and Min Hee-jin argued in court that they had betrayed each other.

Today (11th), the Civil Agreement Department 50 of the Seoul Central District Court held an interrogation of Min Hee-jin's request for an injunction to return to the position of CEO of Airdo.

On the same day, former representative Min claimed that Hive betrayed former representative Min, saying, "In response to Chairman Bang Si-hyuk's proposal, we established Adore and debuted New Jeans, which Hive treated and checked unfairly."

Hive countered that the trust relationship was destroyed, saying, "Former representative Min made a detailed plan to take over Odor."

The two sides were also divided on the contract between shareholders signed by Hive and former CEO Min. Former representative of

Min argued that Hive cannot dismiss former representative Min because the contract between shareholders persists.

However, Hive countered that the contract between shareholders was legally terminated due to former CEO Min's treacherous behavior recognized by the previous provisional injunction court.

Earlier in April, Hive launched an audit and attempted to dismiss former CEO Min, saying he attempted to take over the management rights of Audor.

In response, former representative Min filed an injunction to prevent Hive from approving his dismissal agenda, and the court ruled in favor of former representative Min.

Then, Hive changed the board of directors and dismissed former CEO Min through the board of directors.
