Lee Young-sook (69), the winner of the "Korean Food Battle 2" and the head of the Na Kyung-mushroom Farmhouse, who drew attention from "Black and White Cook" to "Korean Food Master," is embroiled in suspicions of default, and the court decided to seize the performance fee.

On the 1st, Nonsan Branch of the Daejeon District Court accepted an application for a bond seizure and collection order for CEO Lee's performance fee, which creditor A claimed against the production company of Netflix's "Black and White Cook."

Earlier on the 29th of last month, controversy arose over the so-called "debt-toe" claim that CEO Lee borrowed 100 million won and has not paid it back for 14 years.

Mr. A told YTN Star, "Lee Young-sook has not paid back since borrowing 100 million won from her father in April 2010," adding, "She filed a lawsuit for a loan claim and won it in May 2012, but she still has not received the money."

According to A, he was able to receive 42 million won through an auction related to CEO Lee's debt. However, he also complained, "Lee did not fulfill another debt that his father had guaranteed jointly, so he spent about 48 million won, which added 6 million won, on Lee's debt repayment."

In this regard, Lee Young-sook said, "We were not able to properly grasp the repayment because we did not communicate well with the creditors," adding, "We are currently checking the matter through a lawyer, and if there is any remaining debt, we will be responsible for repayment."
