Hannam-dong luxury villa, where singer Park Hyo-shin is known to reside, will be auctioned again.
According to multiple media reports on the 11th, the Seoul Central District Court received an auction case in May for a 240㎡ (about 72 pyeong) real estate dedicated to Hannam The Hill in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and decided to start a forced auction. The appraised value is reported to be 13.8 billion won.
The auction was filed because Park Hyo-shin's former agency Glove Entertainment, which owns the apartment, failed to pay off its debt. The target of the auction is land and buildings, and the sale date is on the 24th.
Bion Inc., then a creditor of Glove Entertainment, received a loan order from the court in September 2020 and applied for an auction in April 2022. The auction was filed by Beyond Music, one of the creditors, and the amount charged is 5 billion won.
When a forced auction is auctioned off, the amount of the sale will be taken by creditors according to the order of real estate registration.
