A female driver in her 20s who caused an eight-car collision in the middle of Gangnam, Seoul, has been found to have never obtained a license in the first place.
Kim Bong-sik, head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, explained at a regular press conference today (4th) that he learned to drive at an academy about the suspect in the Gangnam 8-car crash, but never obtained a license.
In addition, Commissioner Kim said he will check whether the suspect received a doctor's prescription for claiming that he took tranquilizers on the day of the accident.
The suspect was found to have been on his way from his mother's house in Geoyeo-dong, Songpa-gu to his home in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, despite his mother's objection to "take a taxi."
