Chin-gye Calls for First Lady Kim's Apology... "Necessity for Political Resolution"

People's powerful alumni have demanded Kim's public apology ahead of the re-decision of the Special Prosecutor's Act on Kim Gun-hee.

Shin Ji-ho, the head of the strategic planning department, said on KBS radio, "The opposition party seems to be attacking Kim as the weakest link," adding, "How to defend and manage the issue is important."

He then added that he thinks an apology that lowers public anger a little more can help with defense and management.

Supreme Council member Jang Dong-hyuk also recently appeared on JTBC and emphasized that if there is anything that does not meet the public's eye level, it should be resolved somehow, and there is a need to resolve it politically, whether it is an apology or otherwise.
