Dahye, the daughter of former President Moon Jae In, was caught getting into the car drunk before the drunk driving accident and turning left on the right lane.

In the closed-circuit television (CC) video released on Sunday, Moon stumbled in an alleyway in Itaewon, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 2:15 a.m. the previous day and walked about 30 meters before getting into the driver's seat of the parked Casper car.
