Public management costs for some rental apartments, and the average of private apartments are doubled

Public management costs for some rental apartments are higher than the average for general private apartments, and some have more than doubled.

According to the unit price of 1,704 rental apartments nationwide paid by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation and LH to Kim Hee-jung of the National Assembly's Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee, 68 of them are more expensive than the average unit price of apartments in the city and county.

In particular, 29 of them were found to have more than twice as expensive as private apartments.

This phenomenon is largely related to the cause of the fact that the management company that received the penalty points for quality evaluation is selected as another rental apartment management company without any restrictions.
