The party said in a media announcement that some Internet media borrowed former administrator Kim's remarks to report it.

Earlier in January, an Internet media outlet reported a transcript of the call of former secretary Kim, who claimed that Han, the then chairman of the party's emergency committee, knelt down and apologized to Kim after the controversy over Kim's acceptance of luxury bags arose with the president.
