The request for reallocation of the court, which was requested by Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party of Korea, who was put on trial for his involvement in the Ssangbangwool remittance case to North Korea, was not accepted.

The Suwon District Court explained today (8th) that there is no clear basis for designating another court in Lee's second trial preparation date.

At the same time, he said that if representative Lee's request for reallocation is accepted, there is a risk of undermining another constitutional value, and it is difficult to reallocate.

Earlier, Lee's lawyer argued that hearing Lee's case by the court, which convicted Lee Hwa-young, former vice governor of peace in Gyeonggi Province, in the first trial, runs directly against the principle of presumption of innocence.

In response, the prosecution objected that the representative Lee was trying to delay the trial, saying that the court had no objective circumstances to conduct unfair trials.
