President Yoon Suk Yeol stressed that Hyundai's "autonomous manufacturing" method, which combines AI and robots in the automotive industry, is leading innovation.

President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is on a tour of Southeast Asia, said during a visit to Hyundai Motor's Global Innovation Center in Singapore's Jurong Innovation District, that Ford's conveyor belt and Toyota's timely production were important innovation examples in the past.

He also said that the innovation center will be a model for future factories that will shift to AI self-manufacturing, and that the government will support the spread of AI to improve the productivity of the Korean manufacturing industry.
