A week before the October 16 by-elections to select four heads of local governments, the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties went all out in the constituencies.

The People's Power appealed to select workers who will work solely for regional development instead of politicians, and the Democratic Party emphasized that the ruling party should be judged again for not reflecting on the crushing defeat in the general election.

Han Dong-hoon, the representative of the People's Power, visited Geumjeong-gu, Busan, again in three days, which is considered a match for by-elections and by-elections.

He presided over an on-site Supreme Council meeting at the election office of candidate Yoon Il-hyun of the same party, reiterating that this election is an election to select local workers.

The opposition party, which was buried only in political strife, appealed to the ruling party to trust its policy execution power, saying it could not improve the lives of its residents.

[Han Dong-hoon / Representative of People's Power: (The Democratic Party) is polluting even this very election to select workers for political politics, political strife, and agitation. We won't do that. I'll tell you who will serve better.]

Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung also visited the same area and encouraged the opposition's single candidate, Kim Kyung-ji.

At the same time, he defined the election as a second judgment against the government and the ruling party, which have failed to wake up even after the general election.

He argued that democracy is to change if you do something wrong, and to make him quit even during his term if he can't stand it.

[Lee Jae-myung / Democratic Party leader: Picking a worker and awarding him if he does well, punishing him if he can't stand it, and changing him even in the middle is representative democracy. Isn't this the democratic system that our constitution created?]

The ruling party criticized that it only sees Buddha in the eyes of the ministry and pigs in the eyes of the pig, saying that the natural principle is interpreted strangely by the impeachment of the president.

Cho Kuk, the leader of the Innovation Party, and Kim Jae-yeon, the leader of the Progressive Party, met with voters in Gokseong and Yeonggwang, Jeollanam-do, where re-election of the county is held.

The election, which will be the first to confirm local public sentiment since the general election, will be held for two days from the day after tomorrow (11th) before the main vote on the 16th.
