EU says EU has started delivering aid for Lebanese under Israeli attack


The European Commission said it would carry relief goods by three aircraft from Dubai, Italy and the United Arab Emirates, to Beirut, Lebanon.

The first aid will arrive in Beirut on the 11th, including medicines, hygiene products, and blankets.

"The EU is on the side of those affected by the Lebanon crisis," EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on social media. "More relief is to come."

The EU announced on the 29th of last month that it would provide 10 million euros and about 14.7 billion won for Lebanese residents, and on the 3rd of this month, it announced an additional 30 million euros and about 44.2 billion won.
