In Lebanon, where Israeli attacks are concentrated, the capacity of evacuation facilities is also showing limitations, the United Nations says.

On the 10th local time, the U.N. Office for Humanitarian Affairs and Coordination, OCHA, said more than 187,000 new refugees were rushed to shelters for two weeks from the 23rd of last month, when Israel began intensively attacking Hezbollah's base in Lebanon.

As a result, 775 shelters, or 80 percent of the total 978 shelters in Lebanon, are already full, making it difficult to accommodate any more people.

But with Israeli forces ordering a quarter of Lebanon's territory to be evacuated, the OCHA noted, an increase in the number of refugees cannot be prevented unless the conflict ends.
