Chairman Woo Won-sik "Best to Improve the Status of Korean Residents in Kazakhstan"

During his official visit to Kazakhstan, National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik stressed that he will do his best to develop relations between our country and Kazakhstan and to improve the social status of our compatriots.

At a hotel dinner meeting in Almaty, which invited Koreans and Koreans, Chairman Woo said, "The National Assembly will also support the dedication and hard work of our compatriots to return to greater achievements."

Earlier, at a luncheon meeting with Mayor Almaty, Chairman Wu asked for state government support so that many Korean companies can participate in various projects promoted by Almaty.

Wu, who is on his first overseas trip since taking office, will spend three days in Kazakhstan and then proceed with the rest of his trip in Turkmenistan.
