Rich Russians swept by the waves...father's death and son's exhaustion

At around 9:40 a.m. today, a father and son fell into the water at Jeongam Beach in Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, and their father died and their son was exhausted and taken to a hospital.

Three members of the family, believed to be Russians, were playing at the beach when their father was swept away by the waves, and their son tried to save him, but his father eventually died and his son was rescued exhausted.

Sokcho Coast Guard and fire authorities are investigating the exact identity and cause of the accident.
