[Company] Hyundai Motor to create a 'mini-hydrogen city' in Paju...Conclusion of business agreement

Hyundai Motor is pushing ahead with projects to create a mini hydrogen city, including installing a clean hydrogen production facility using organic waste in Paju, Gyeonggi-do.

Hyundai Motor signed a business agreement with the Paju Institute of Advanced Technology, which was selected as the final operator for the "2024 Mini Hydrogen City Creation Project" in Gyeonggi Province.

Accordingly, Hyundai Motor and Paju City plan to build a hydrogen resource circulation system that can convert 160 tons of livestock manure and food into biogas a day and then produce it as clean hydrogen again.
