"It's only a matter of time before Israel runs out of air defense interceptors...U.S. aid is also limited"

Analysts say that Israel's simultaneous war against the so-called "axis of resistance" is running out of interceptor missiles used in air defenses such as the "Iron Dome."

Citing a former Pentagon official, Britain's Financial Times pointed out that Israel's munitions problem is serious, and that Iran's response to Israeli attacks and Hezbollah's involvement would result in a lack of air defense capabilities.

He also predicted that the U.S. cannot continue to support the missile stockpile at the same pace as the U.S. has no limit to its missile stockpile and Ukraine has to support it.

Israel's state-owned company, which produces interceptor missiles, is also said to have limited capacity for additional production as it has already been operating some lines around the clock.

For this reason, even a former Israeli defense ministry researcher emphasized, "It is only a matter of time before interceptors are depleted," adding, "We need to consider the deployment method and priorities."

Hezbollah and Iran, on the other hand, are still considered to have significant missile capabilities.

"We haven't seen Hezbollah's full capabilities yet," said a former Israeli military general, adding that they are only using about a tenth of the rocket's capacity estimated before the war.
