Taeil's agency SM Entertainment, which left the group NCT after being charged with sex crimes, will also leave.

SM announced today (16th) that "the exclusive contract with Taeil was terminated on the 15th."

SM explained, "Taeil is currently under prosecution investigation for a criminal complaint case, which is a reason for termination under the exclusive contract."

He added, "As an artist, I can no longer continue my trust, so I decided to terminate the exclusive contract under agreement with myself."

Taeil was booked by the police in June over a sex offense case. Afterwards, SM announced Taeil's withdrawal from NCT in consideration of the seriousness of the issue.
